I have used different tools for managing projects, but this one blows the others away. Love the tool and that they keep adding to it. It just keeps getting better. Hope to see you guys back on AppSumo again.

I really like Liftos; it's a super handy tool. It lets you integrate all your desktop apps into one space. The built-in apps like To-Do, Notes, and Whiteboard are really useful.

I’m a Tier4 LiftOS user with 1TB of storage, and my initial experience was positive: fast uploads, easy file management, and clean interface. However, lately things have taken a sharp downturn.

Over the past week, the app throws 500 status errors when uploading images or files. Attempts to download the LiftOS desktop app from their website yield the following error message:

This message makes it clear: the company’s cloud account is disabled due to unpaid bills. As a result, even though my Tier 4 plan promises 1TB of storage, I can’t do much beyond basic task management — uploads and downloads simply don’t work.

I’m disappointed, but not surprised, given that about 50% of the software purchased via AppSumo has stopped working within a year. I’ll update my review if services return, but right now, LiftOS isn’t delivering on its promises and past AppSumo launches suggest this could be the end of the road.

Overall, LiftOS stands out with its user-friendly interface and robust features. Its centralized approach minimizes the chaos of juggling multiple applications. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enhance productivity and streamline collaboration. The focus on privacy and data protection further solidifies its value for professionals.

I am loving the features of LiftOS. I am an agile product manager and long time user of JIRA, Confluence, Monday, and Asana, so I thought I'd jump on this deal to see what it offered. No disappointments! Its very easy to use and the apps and workspaces are well thought out. I really like the notes section as well and workflow. I still need to learn more about metric tracking, backlog planning, and sprint cycles with the platform but very hopeful!
