First of all, we're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
Just to clarify, our web solution and mobile solution operate on separate credit systems. Credits on the web platform are tied to your LightX account, while mobile credits are managed differently and are typically associated with the device and app ecosystem.
We are currently looking into the issue and will keep you updated soon.
Regarding the daily 5 credits, those credits are provided to free users so they can test the platform before upgrading to a subscription. Pro users do not receive these free daily credits, regardless of whether they are using the mobile app or a the web platform
