Q: Is this like Shield.ai in terms of the analytics and data?
Looking at this deal and I really love it... Just wondering if I would need to use Shield any longer? I like the posting, comments, etc in this, just wondering how you compare to Shield.

A: It's comparable but not holistically better. Though I must admit, it's been 6 months since i last tried Shield.
From what I recall: - Shield was a lot more focused on just the raw metrics (and they have more data than us e.g. impressions is a metric we don't track yet), - Ours is more focused on "insights from the data" e.g. best time to post based on YOUR content's performance, best days,...
If I purchased Tier 3 to use with my personal profile, and a second account Tier 1 to use with my company profile. Can I add myself as a delegated user in the company account and then manage it from my personal account, or would I have to continously be logging in and out of each account?

A: Hi Larry,
If it's just two accounts, and one of them is Tier 3 - you can invite either of those accounts as the delegate to the other.
(As long as 1 account is on Tier 3 in a "delegation relation", the Tier of the other account doesn't matter).
Q: Why the low limit of AI LinkedIn comments per month 150?
Hi, What is the reasons for the low AI LinkedIn comments per month 150 or what does it mean (include or exclude)? This limit cap is a real dealbreaker in order to place my order.
Looking forward for your explanation,
Best Marcus

A: Hi Marcus,
If you've used the app already, how many comment credits do you think you're going to be needing each month?
Thanks, I’ve ordered Tier 3. How does the AI system ensure it replies using the correct template based on the topic and the response from a specific LinkedIn user? It’s important that I can trust the automated replies to protect my personal brand.
Also, is it possible to purchase additional credits that roll over to the next cycle if they’re not used?
It's not fully-automated replies, it's more of an assistant that you can use while you scroll through LinkedIn. Comments are done by the user themselves using the Chrome Extension. Full-automations pretty much always result in account bans, so we've kept ours as more of an assistant that suggests comments.
Yes, non-expiring credits are available here: https://ligo.ertiqah.com/credits-billing
Q: Can you manage both the personal LI and company LI page with the same account/subscription?

A: Hey Silvia!
You’ll need two separate LiGo accounts, one for your personal LinkedIn and another for your company page.
The reason is that LiGo adapts to the background data of the connected LinkedIn account, like tone, voice, and posting style, to generate content and comments that feel authentic to that specific profile. If both a personal and company page were linked to the same LiGo...

I would say I need at least 30 comments a day.. how many credits this equal, you know better
1 credit = 1 "Generate comments" action -> which gives you 2 to 6 suggested comments for a post.
Not counting weekends, I reckon you'd need 30*22 = 600-700 credits/month.
There's currently no package, even in our monthly subscriptions that supports that volume unfortunately.
