So there's 2 important things that apply here: - 1 LiGo account = 1 LinkedIn Profile - Delegation requires Tier 3 (either the inviter or the invitee)
I'd say you're an agency or marketing/manager, so your OWN account would need to be on Tier 3 (so it has delegation capabilities); and others can be on whichever tier suits your needs for your client/other profiles.
