Q: Can I change client accounts if I replace a client?
Hello and well done on an excellent product and execution!
I have a tier 3 for my agency and would like to add some accounts for use with clients (in my agency's name and email). If these clients change, can I replace them on these accounts? Eg. change their linkedin profile and retrain etc etc.

Yes but:
- Right now, you'd need to do it manually (i.e. contact support, we'll manually fulfill your request within ~24-72 hours),
- By the end of Q4, there'd be a self-serve/automated option for this (might come sooner)
Automated option is intentionally not available right now, because we're actively working on some further enhancements in the AI module (LiGoBrain); so any automation we create becomes obsolete the same month hence wasted effort.
Additional Note for transparency: There'd be a "fair usage policy" around this by the way, I haven't pinned it down yet but something like "Users can't change the profile linked to an account more than once or.. maybe twice a month".

I want to add some info here that I thought might help:
- If you haven't already activated the licenses, please make sure to be logged out of LiGo when doing so (or use a different browser/incognito during activation phase); this will help avoid any issues with license activation;
- If you want to use a SINGLE email; there's a way for that too. Example below:
1. Nick@domain.com (lets call this urm.. the agency account)
2. nick+client1_name@domain.com
3. nick+client2_name@domain.com
.
.
The emails for all of these accounts will land in the "nick@domain.com" address; but it allows you to have as many client accounts as needed.

Hello Junaid, thanks, this is more than fair. I don't want to rotate clients in and out to avoid buying proper "seats". I just want the flexibility to remove clients that leave / don't need it and include new clients as they join. Can't imagine that being more often than 3-4 times a years, but you'd get some clients that start and change their mind.

(Continued) Also, I see the value in keeping clients in there indefinitely if possible to make the most of the AI traiining, insights, reporting, and so on. Thanks for your in-depth response. Congrats BTW, I think you're on to a real winner!
