Great tool, great work, perfect results
After I struggeled a little bit with the tool I have to say it is a great advantage to bring your linkedIn back on track. Before my posts and my engagement were decreasing day by day. No matter what I tried. From handwritten to AI. No change. Since I use LiGo and the customized themes, my posts and engegagement come back and I really love it.
Posts written by the tool normally need no or very low correction and work perfect for the target group.
Thanks to Junaid and his great support team I stayed in the deal and did not refund. And it was one of my best decions the last time.

I'm going to answer this one in detail (and transparently), so please bear with me.
1. CRM Export; that's likely a bug - I'll have the team look. All Tiers should be able to export without issues. Appreciate you pointing this out. We'll get that sorted within the next ±48 hours.
2. Scheduling. This is the only feature that is gated, and will have to stay that way for the benefit of both LiGo and the sumo-lings because it's to keep the deal sustainable.
We incur a recurring monthly cost per user for each user that uses it (besides the other costs). I did the financial modeling before agreeing to AppSumo Select listing and while we can front the rest of the credits for all the features without issues, this one is just .. not doable, I'm sorry. We did however create an add-on particularly for AppSumo users that is at 10% less than the list price of what we incur. It's $4/month billed annually.
To add to the above, I have no intentions of "feature gating" for LTD specifically - you can actually notice that by seeing the features mentioned on our listing vs what's been released after it (e.g. the v2.0 of the extension, the company page support which is actually for our "Pro plan" users only, the inspirations saving, integration with ChatGPT/Claude, etc.). All of that has been kept open for AppSumo users. And the upcoming LiGoBrain + the integrations will be treated in the same manner.
I have to ensure the long-term sustainability of the tool; which .. works in the favor of both us, and the sumo-lings.

If you chose Tier 3, I assume you're a LinkedIn power user. Exactly the sort of people I was looking to get more of on LiGo's platform - so we can get higher volume of feedback on the next leg of features that we're working on. Be sad to see you go, but .. I understand if the scheduling part is a deal breaker :(

P.S: CRM gating = bug. Scheduling = intentional. Was there anything else that you found to be gated in the application? (Scheduling is pretty much the only thing that we "intended" to gate.. would appreciate if you were to point out anything else and I'll have that fixed on priority).
Edit: Just checked, exporting feature in CRM seems to be working - I had a team member check on a test account he has for "Tier 2" of LTD; didn't face any blockers. Please could you open a support ticket and share either the error you see, or a screenshot/video showing the issue you're facing with the CRM? Thank you.
