Just for reference, the comments can be fine-tuned by using styles & custom instructions. But I reckon you tried that already and it still wasn't to your satisfaction even with that (that happens, I've seen that to be the case for a few others too so I think I know what you're referring to here).
If they were contrarian, that's likely because majority of the comments in your style were contrarian.

Scheduling: Yes, that's a buzzkill. Unfortunately, had to either be that, or an unsustainable offering. Had to opt for the former to be able to support the LTD users for an actual lifetime (I'm an AppSumo Plus user as well; the only thing I hate more than a 'relatively expensive deal' is ... a tool going bankrupt and kicking the LTD users off the ship because they didn't do any financial modeling to see if they can actually front the costs of the deal they're offering).
