I purchased the Tier 5 Pro Plan back in February 2024, expecting that LindoAI would uphold their promise of continuously improving this plan with new features and enhancements. However, the recent changes they’ve made have been not only disappointing but also deeply unethical.

LindoAI introduced a new "Elite" tier, which includes all of the enhancements that we Pro Plan supporters were originally told would come to our plan. Instead of upgrading the Pro Plan, they’ve downgraded it to the most basic offering. All new features and advancements are now locked behind higher-priced tiers like the Elite Plan, essentially forcing those of us who were loyal from the start into paying more if we want to keep up with the latest functionalities.

Many of us chose the Tier 5 plan because it was marketed as a top-tier solution. The abrupt shift in focus to newer, more expensive plans feels like a bait-and-switch. It’s disheartening to see the Pro Plan being treated as a second-class service now. The actions of LindoAI show a complete lack of regard for their early supporters, who have helped build the platform's success.

It’s clear that the company is prioritizing profit over user trust, and I can see from feedback shared by other Tier 5 subscribers that I am not alone in feeling this way. Several long-time supporters have voiced their frustration about how LindoAI has backtracked on their original promises, making it seem like the only path forward is paying for even more expensive plans.

For anyone considering this platform, beware of their deceptive pricing tactics. They’re willing to leave their loyal user base behind in the pursuit of squeezing more money from us.

To everyone here leaving a review, they just copy and paste the same answer. They say they are standing by their commitment to include only updates to the Pro Plan. But the issue is that they DID NOT update the Pro Plan and added all the enhancements.o new tiers that did not existed before. VERY UNETHICAL.
