Q: problems with the extension and I have no response.

It’s not true that they respond; I’ve sent about 30 emails over the past several months and haven’t received a reply. In addition, there are several issues with the extension, and they’ve abandoned the Android app for years. Please, could you take the time to reply to my emails?

A: Hi! We're really sorry to hear that you didn't receive a response - that's definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.

Our Chrome extension was actually updated very recently (Version 1.6.140, March 27, 2026). We're currently waiting for the Opera update to go through, and we're also planning an update for Edge.

You're absolutely right about the mobile apps - both Android and iOS...

Q: Closed down?

I'm assuming Linguix closed down? Multiple emails for support on different emails and no response. It has been offline for me for days. Anyone else?

Q: Linguix does not work on my iPhone or my iPad

It keeps asking me to install the keyboard and go to settings. I did open the button to show the green light, but the app goes into a loop and asks me to do the same, no matter what result it shows. Please update all versions of OS.

Q: Anyone else have a lifetime Linguix plan suddenly expire? Any luck getting support?

I redeemed AppSumo codes in late 2020 and early 2021 for lifetime Pro + team access. Everything worked until June 2025, when my plan was suddenly marked as expired. I contacted support with full receipts, codes, and screenshots, but after one generic reply on July 4, they’ve gone completely silent despite multiple follow-ups. Has anyone here been able to get their lifetime plan restored recently? Not sure if support is still active or honoring legacy accounts.
