We bought the product and we want to use it with pleasure. There is an agency plan and our customers are suffering. There are constant disconnections and problems.
I just bought 3 bundles and quickly found that your website (linkjoy) is not updated, the roadmap page does not resolve, nobody is approving access to your facebook group of almost 1,000 users. I'm already enjoying the product and I'm figuring out how to do what I need to without additional development, but everyone here should know that this product appears to not be developed anymore. Which is unfortunate because it is the closest I've been able to get when looking for something to fit my needs.
Hey Linkjoy I bought multiple codes and have set up a couple "trees" on your service... sadly I can't seem to build any more... I have reached out to your customer service and not heard anything (we are like 3 weeks now) ... so I thought I would leave a message here. I was happy with the product while I was using it... I'd like to gain access to building pages again. Can you help? or refer my request to those that can help within your company. Thanks. Tyler
