DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I think of the hundreds of products I've ever purchased, I may have left 2 bad reviews in my entire life. I also have waited months to leave this review giving them sufficient time to address my issues.

I purchased LinkJoy when it was first released on AppSumo because I needed additional mobile landing pages for our clients. It seemed easy, flexible, and functional.

For the most part, initially, it met my needs. However, while working in the tool, I discovered a bug. I know it's a bug because I'm very tech-savvy. I tested it in multiple browsers, and multiple devices, and I recreated it 3 times to ensure it was actually an issue with the product.

My frustration came in when I was working on a page for hours trying to get it right. I published it and all was well. However, as clients tend to do, they had changes to the page. So, I went in to make the changes and save them. However, the product kept reverting back to a previous version or the default them that deleted hours of my work. So, I was never able to publish any changes to the page.

I did my best to solve this on my own and I recreated it multiple times, I made a copy of the project and kept getting the same result.

So out of frustration with a deadline looming, I first reached out to support and got a ticket number. I never got a response to the ticket. I followed up with several emails to the ticket. Nothing. I tweeted. Nothing. Facebook message. Nothing.

I had gotten an email from the cofounder, so after a month of no response, I emailed him. Nothing.

So I thought they were going out of business until I had someone on my team reach out. They responded to my team member until they mentioned my issue and then they ghosted them.

So after months of trying to just get a response, we gave up and found another solution.

Now, it's almost a year later and we have never gotten the issue resolved. We lost the client because we couldn't get it fixed and we had to spend a lot of money purchasing another solution because we couldn't get any support.

Today I visit the website and I get a warning. Well, let me warn you. DO NOT use this product as you won't get any technical support if you have anything mission-critical or fatal.

I do hope other providers do a better job of delivering services and putting the client first.
