Let’s hope for the best
I like the app, nice and clean UI
Roadmap looks exciting.
Product is good,but support is not responsive and reliability is questionable .
Here on appsumo there are many similar apps 10x cheaper.
I went for Linkjoy deal hoping to get better quality support and reliability,which are both critical.
But, as you can also see from the statements in the questions sections and reviews:
“I am not able to login into your website. All of our pages are giving an error. I have tried to email your company, but the messages are bouncing back. Yet, I can see your company being promoted on AppSumo. We have business cards with the QR code at the back as well as printed flyers with the QR Code as well. I've spent a lot in marketing and was leveraging Linkjoy. Can I have an update?”
“Right Now i can't access app.likjoy.io. I think the server is down. can you please fix it ASAP. i'm doing my project :(((((“
“At this point 2 tacos is generous and only based upon the superficial elements and promise of this offer. I generally don't make negative reviews but no choice here. Shiny bells and whistles are nothing without corresponding infrastructure and support to fulfill the promises. If promises were kept this would be a 5 taco deal. Without it is just a waste of time and money. How can I entrust my enterprise(s) with a partner who is unresponsive and doesn't back up their promises?”
“their support team doesn't seem to exist. I have tried to contact them via their website, send an email, post a question. No one has helped me so far.”

It’s not fun to spend a lot of money on paid advertising to send traffic to a dead end.
You can lose thousands of dollars in a very short time.
What if you run Qr codes for clients and don’t work?
Not fun having clients calling you all day long complaining and you being stuck because Linkjoy support is not responding.
All this makes the deal worthless even if it was free.
Is like paying to have troubles.
Who wants that?
In case you do,my advice is at least to buy some other cheaper deal here on appsumo.
You get similar or better results, but at least you save some money.
I hope they fix all the issues and gain back some trust.

1. Lack of Support
Sorry for the delay in support. The chat support in the product has been shut off by Intercom and we are working with them to restart the same. In the meantime, please consider writing in to us on contact@linkjoy.io or posting your questions here/on our community --> fb.com/groups/linkjoy
2. Lack of reliability of service
Very very sorry for this experience. Linkjoy was being used by some users to create phishing links and that was causing an issue with AWS. We've been working with AWS team for better part of last quarter to
1. block these users
2. make sure our service is not involved in anything illegal
3. stay available and not blocked by AWS itself
this was causing some amount of disturbance which might have caused a major issue in your business. I can completely understand your frustration.
Things have changed now. I know it will be hard for you to trust us again but I would recommend you give us another shot.
