Q: Why my site’s DA, spam score, and some other metrics are showing “-1”?
This is the issue I'm having after several weeks. How long does "after some time" take because until your system fills this information nobody will want to exchange rendering the platform without use.

"-1" means "not filled" yet. Those fields will automatically be filled by our system after some time until Other users can't see those fields.
I purchased an appsumo LTD of linksy. It was working fine then stopped working. I tried numerous things to fix it but all failed. My last resort was to delete the plugin and install it again. Now I deleted the plugin it will no longer allow me to install it again. I believe its a problem with the token. Can someone help with this issue. Thanks James

In Q&A on appsummo about Polish support (which is relative big eu language) you say ETA is unclear and it depends on demand. How do you collect the demand metrics? It is not possible to vote for a language in the roadmap. E.g. how do I indicate demand for Slovak language?

A: 1. You're able to remove a site and add another. The plugin needs to be uninstalled for this to work.
2. Generative credits are used for extra functions like rewriting, Automation or focus keyword generation. Some people don't use it, and the app works without it.
It would be helpful if you expanded your support. Before coming back to AppSumo to see if anyone else had encountered similar issues, I reviewed the FAQ section of the website, looked at the 8 articles in the guide section, and watched the YouTube videos. None of them addressed anything with snippets.
You can easily chat with us on the site for any help.
Please note that the snippet was released yesterday, along with a video guide sent to users. We also mentioned that they could reply directly to the email if they needed any help.

Q: Issue when installing

Q: Tier 1 say 1 site. If I add 1 site then remove it and then add another, will it work? & what's regenerative credit?

Oct 1, 2024A: It could be the the AI struggled to get a fitting suggestion from the snippet. You can use the regenerate button to fix another paragraph for it.
