Superb for what I needed
This arrived at just the right time. I have a vision for a business directory and I was on the hunt for something to power it. Obviously I'd contemplated ACF and Metabox, but if the directory scaled to where I aim for it, ACF and Metabox might not be the most efficient backbone for the site.
Listom arrived on AppSumo and I had to give it try, then I spotted they were about to launch a Bricks Builder addon to integrate with Bricks' dynamic data features. SOLD.
Once that arrived, Listdom became perfect for my needs as it removed my only critic of Listdom and that is the (in my opinion) ugly and lacking in customisation built in elements.
I'm now able to build a directory website, with Listdom as the backbone but entirely invisible on the front end.
I've spoken with the team behind it about some issues and suggestions and they've been superb with their responses and I'm hoping some of my suggestions are chosen for the future (especially the ACF addon being able to recognised ACFPro when it's been bundled with another plugin or theme).
If you're looking for a directory backbone for your website, Listdom should absolutely be on your list.
