Q: + I bought Listnr on Friday.

+ Today is Monday and since Friday I can't activate my Appsumo code because your website still returning "Invalid Coupon".
+ Instantly on Friday I asked for help on chat and email, but I haven't received help to fix this issue.

Is there another way to activate my code or get support from Listnr?

Q: At one time, weren't the words supposed to rollover?

I've had my account for a long time, but I've barely used it. When I logged in today the credits were nearly 700,000.

Then I clicked around to find out how many codes I have, and the words dropped to 100,000. I logged out and back in several times to see if the words would reset, but it is still at 100,000.

I can swear that when I originally purchased the words rolled over.

I don't see the support link, or I would use that.

Q: I am very impressed with the quality of the voices, but do have a question about if/how to adjust the pronunciation of certain words.

For example, in the following sentence, I would like the word "contractor" to be pronounced the same both times [CON-tractor].

"Are you looking for a roofing contractor? We recommend that you shop around for contractors and services before making a final decision."

However, in the output, the second instance is pronounced [conTRACT-or].

I see that there is a tab for editing "Pronunciations", but I haven't found any supporting documentation about how to use it. I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago with this question but haven't received a response yet, but I'm hopeful... :o)
