Yes absolutely - almost all email providers these days have HTML support

- When adding music or other audio for the intro and exit, does your platform ...
automatically do the fade in and fade out? - When uploading to platforms like Apple, Google and Spotify...are they the actual files we download and upload to those platforms or links back to your servers?

- Not yet, right now the tracks play one after the another without fades.
- Spotify, iTunes or Google Podcast doesn’t download the files from our servers, they only stream it

It seems they have convert to listnr.ai. Probably no money in their podcast site.
Q: Why is it so hard to get support?
The help center is completely down and currently waiting for a response through the email.
Apple doesn't accept the artwork from listnr even after trying various formats.
