I wish appsumo has a watermark in bold red for services that have gone the way of the dodo. Listnr.fm qualifies as one such. Blank login page, no way to access account, data gone. last update from founder here - May 2024- talking about switching from Cloudflare, In Sept 2025, maybe they are still switching.
I'm new to podcasting and purchased this as my foot in door to this space and to lower my overhead costs. This product had issues that continued to happened and then a migration occurred. After logging in I didn't have some of the same functions and emailed support numerous times with no responses. I reached out on Linkedin as well and was told to log in at listnr.ai. It still didn't work. I responded back on LI to no avail. I'm disappointed that this product doesn't work, I can't receive a refund, and the customer service is practically nonexistent.
I started my podcast with Listnr.Fm. It took me a little while to figure things out, but they're continuing to add new features that make podcasting (even for a beginner) easier than I expected!
Sadly whilst I see the potential this app has unfortunately it's had a few too many issues for us to trust it with recording important interviews moving forward.
Of five interviews we've attempted to record, on two our guest couldn't get the software to work meaning we had to last minute resort to Zoom with obvious poorer quality audio, two managed to work, and one interview, possibly out most important which we'd been waiting months to conduct fully glitched and we lost the interview. to their credit when we reached out we were supplied with incomplete mka files which we could then convert and redo certain sections that were missed but unfortunately it's just too unreliable for us to continue with.
We've requested a few 'how-to' help guides which we never saw however support generally replied within 24 hours and in the case of the lost interview was helpful.
I know what it's like to launch a product & think Listnr.FM has great potential but sadly it's unreliability just isn't a fit for us right now.

Unreliable and Poor Customer Support
