Horrible customer experience from a customer service platform. ironic, they didn't know how to set up the email for AWS? What? and just assumed I did it incorrectly saying you can't send emails to yourself it makes no sense lo...l no S#!t. Then they say let me test. Ok, why didn't you do that from the jump? but ok whatever let get this fixed... Well, I think I found the problem... you think? So no one uses AWS?! oh sorry I have another customer...What the .... nevermind there are plenty of other software for ticketing to bad i can't get a refund.. and the mobile app?? useless.

Make no mistake, this isn't some just-out-of-beta startup. This is a mature, well developed package, that is well thought out, and offers an incredible array of services. I wish there was a way to stack it to get more agents, but hey, I get it, this is an established player, and the offer is good (if a little surprising, given how well established they are). An easy 5 tacos for me.

So much potential with abundant features.. But so hard to set up with a slow and outdated UI, we've never been able to fully implement it

Liveagent customer support is worst possible in this world.
platform is not easy to use and applying appsumo code is not simple task even for technical people .
Support team could not even help to redeem appsumo code .

All you need to do is; configure LiveAgent and start receiving leads :)
