Q: Can I integrate Google voice as a provider for live calling?

we don't integrate with Google Voice. I haven't heard about it before, but seems more like a software for calls rather than VoIP provider which our customers needs to make calls.

Ok I'd like to use Twilio, I couldn't find in the software how to pull up a dialer. Can we dial out for cold calls or calls with clients? Or is Liveagent mostly for incoming calls?

Hi KevKev,
we are only for incoming customer service calls, nor for outbound sales. We do have integration with CloudTalk that let's you separate these for instance.
