Q: Hi, Do you offer support to move from HelpScout to your platform?

As of now, I have ONE Admin account there with 4 mailboxes and there are a total of 2000 tickets created. Is this something I can move to your platform?

Paying Helpscout every month for a single user is not feasible as a single person company and your platform looks promising, giving more in less cost.

Good to know that someone is actually providing support for Migration from HelpScout (I was tied up).

Now, If you know how HelpScount works, can you please tell me, is it possible to create 4 Mailboxes on LiveAgent?

I have different mailboxes to deal with different client/ developer base.

I signed up to LiveAgent and was about to use the HelpScout Migration plugin, only to find out that HelpScout has retired their Mailbox API v1.0 in June and now do not offer API keys to the user directly instead asked developers of the applications to make the necessary adjustments.

What am I supposed to do now?

for this please contact us at support@liveagent.com and ask for senior technical support specialist to try to help you. I guess you might want to ask HelpScout to provide you they keys.

I had been in touch with Support and first, it takes forever to get a response from them and second they had asked me to wait indefinitely leaving me hanging.

And FYI, HelpScout is not going to offer keys, they'd revamped their system and its up to you to keep up with them.

Let me know if I can get any real help from you and the team. Based on your comment, I had purchased the product.
