Q: Hi there, Will I be able to assign the "second agent" license to different people, if the current agent leaves the company?

yes, you can either change the details of the existing agent or delete the role for the person, who left your company and create a new one of the new employee, who has just started working for your company. The 2 seats limit of the AppSumo deal is based on 2 concurrent agents.
