I cannot see their page, it shows 502 error for me.

From their deal page here on AppSumo, they seem to be more focused on CRM and provide just a very little customer service features. Their platform is designed around sales funnel and communication, our platform is focused on grouping requests into unified form and maximize efficiency of communication.
