Q: I'm excited that LiveAgent made it back to AppSumo and don't want to miss it this time!
I see multiple Knowledge base and Customer Portals support available ($!9) which is great for the future however I don't need that now (the 1 free one works for me).
What I would need is to support the 2-3 businesses I have from 1 account. I know I can setup departments for that, can I have a separate domain and email address for each department? For example website1 would have https://support. website1.com and [email protected] and website2... well you get it :)
Let me know and I am off to taco land!

yes I can confirm it. On my personal account I have for website in 3 languages this setup with these email addresses which I have connected to LiveAgent:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
than I have 3 departments:
Country XY
Country XW
Country XZ
[email protected] goes to Country XY
[email protected] goes to Country XW
[email protected] goes to Country XZ
