Q: Possible to use this on a Wordpress site maybe?
Also, do you have some sort of Wiki/FAQ page integrated as part of the system maybe :) ?

Regarding the Wiki / FAQ, this is all part of the customer support portal. You can have separate section with all of the FAQs listed and answers provided. (Example provided here: https://support.ladesk.com/)
