Q: This is a really good alternative for intercom, but we would need a solution for the help center/articles.
What would you recommend?

why not to use our default KB? https://www.liveagent.com/features/knowledge-base/
We have not developed multi widget that would display these articles and blogs yet, but it's on our radar (I want it badly myself).
Right now you can you HelpShelf for this until we have it.
