Great deal, but with some caveats
First of all, it's a super support system. Functionality is OK, but you can find better (but definitely not for this deal price - but for the full price you can find better). All in all, worth a try!
Some caveats I have:
- Custom domain's HTTPS support is like living in the '90s. A full manual process with a doc on how to get a free certificate from Let's Encrypt. Really? As it must be renews every three months, the manual way is a no go. Please add auto-certificate generation. It's a simple process on your server-side and would be a big plus for your users.
- Importing existing tickets from ZenDesk is unusable. I blame ZenDesk for it as well (their auto-archiving method sucks and incorrect, IMHO - just avoid their customer trap if you can!). OTOH, it's still possible to "mine" those tickets out of their system. Other migration services can do, therefore it's possible. Unfortunately, LiveAgent's own one is very basic. The best paid-for-service doesn't support LiveAgent as a target. This can be a no-go for those who need their old tickets and did the same mistake using ZenDesk as we did. I'm still looking for a solution (one could be to migrate to an intermediate ticketing service with a free trial - I'll update the review as soon as I find a solution).

Regarding the SSL certificate, we have this feature reported, so it's planned. Our server admins are having a lot of work with server infrastructure upgrade this month, I will make sure they look at it after it's finished.
The Zendesk was doing a lot of changes to their export data, partially to make it harder to move the data. We are rebuilding HelpScount migration plugin now and Zendesk archive tickets migration is planned for Q4.
