I wish that I could review the features, but.....
...I cannot log in and support is unable to provide a solution.
It all started out well enough. I redeemed the deal, created the account and logged in. Then life intervened and I was unable to complete setup for a few weeks.
When I attempted to log back in, I received a password error. Ok, maybe I wrote down the wrong one so I tried to reset. I get the reset link, try to reset but am unable to because when I enter the new password into the "New Password" field, I get a wrong password/username error.
I contact support and after a lot of back and forth trying different things, he finally sends me a link that works.
Hooray! I'm in.
Not so fast.
By the time I got in it was time for bed, so I decided to set it up in the morning. In the morning, the problem is back.
Contact support, the back and forth begins anew. Try logging in on two different computers and 3 different browsers. The only difference is at one point, the support agent says that he is the same problem now, and will have the developers contact me. Progress, I think.
Again, not so fast.
After two days (he did contact me in the interim to ask the obvious) I receive this short reply:
"Well, there is no problem from our side, cause I can log into your system without any problem."
Well, there is a problem on my side, even tried a 3rd computer over a VPN.
I guess that they aren't interested in solving my issue.
Therefore my 1 taco rating is for their support since that is all of the app that I have experienced.
