First, we want to reassure you that the standard online live chat button has not been removed or restricted in any way for AppSumo LTD customers. You can continue to use the live chat functionality as before, no additional payment or upgrade is required for this.

The recent changes and additional options in the chat button settings relate specifically to the introduction of our new AI chatbot feature. This is a separate, newly launched functionality that was not part of the original All-Inclusive plan provided through the AppSumo deal. Access to the AI chatbot—and other newly released features such as WhatsApp integration and SSO is available only through our new plans introduced after the phase-out of legacy plans. This approach is in line with our original communication: all AppSumo LTD customers continue to receive lifetime updates and support for the features included in the All-Inclusive plan.
