One problem keeping me from 5 tacos
I run three websites and I have a full time law enforcement job (10 hours a day). I needed the chat bubble to stay open during set hours. Instead, if the liveagent dash isn't open on your computer or the phone screen goes to sleep you get logged out and the chat bubble disappears and is replaced with an envelope. Seems like it would make more sense to just allow the bubble to be set during business hours and your phone and computer can blow up when you get a chat request. Ive contacted support and they told me that you have to have the window open to show the bubble. Hopefully ive just missed something. Otherwise its great.

imagine you went for a lunch as solopreneur during your business hours and you would be available on a live chat. We can probably agree that's not a best way and it should be changed to contact us form to contact the person once you are back. Please note that we are currently not supporting chatting via mobile app, therefore your desktop needs to be live when you want to be available on your website for live help.
