Nothing works right!

I do not know where to start.
After 48h by testing only frustration is present.
Idea itself would be great, but implementation is very bad.
The whole system is designed for browser use only. If this is enought for you, go for it. But Error Log Files are full from the beginning.

If you want to operate the system from your mobile phone, you have to decide. Either only the chat function is available or VoIP. Both together does not work. The available apps are not working properly. LiveAgent App crashes during audio playback. Otherwise ok. LivePhone app worked in the beginning only when using the system through the browser. Now it does not work anymore (in-calls). Out calls are also faulty because the internal prefix is ​​set ahead. Thus no outcalls more possible. If you use your own VoIP app, then it only works as long as you are logged in via the web browser. This is what In and Out Calls are all about. Unusable for mobile help desk use.

Support is available, but can hardly help.
At the end of the chat, you do not get a ticket number, nor do you know what the status is. Very probably nobody will care about it.

If you want to record something under IVR, it will be saved as webm, but this can not be used by the system itself. That alone should already show that nothing is tested. If you want to use this service as a beta tester, then it could possibly be interesting. The company should already be on the market for a few years. Trozdem gives you another impression. Seems to be another Appsumo Scam.

we have had no problems with our service as you have written your testimonial and some of our bigger clients with thousands of agents in one account would definitely notice.

You rage is mostly about the mobile apps, that are for us right now complementary for our web app. You did get your ticket number in email and you can check your ticket by logging to our support portal and see all communication with us from the first time you have contacted us.

Your conjecturing won't help you in your business, therefore if there are problems you are facing, you might want to change the tone. People will always respond better if you act politely.
