Your Support and Help Desk

I worked with my first call center, help desk, and support software back in 2002 when the cloud wasn't a thing and big businesses were building custom solutions internally to the tune of millions of dollars.

LiveAgent is like taking that 2002 software, modernizing it for 2019, and giving those advantages to literally anyone who wants it, even one-person agencies.

This may not necessarily make me replace all of my support widgets (each one has its strengths) but LiveAgent is a lot more than that. It is the integration of a support widget, social media listening, and email triage into a system that is scalable, manageable, and able to be evaluated.

And like others have mentioned, it includes phone (call center) support. Maybe I'm missing something, but I've never seen that high-level functionality in any other piece of software with a LTD, or even low subscription, where a small team (or, again, one person) business could adopt the technology. I have been wanting to put a phone system in place for my ventures for a while, but didn't want to add all that extra mess into the stack. Now, I can just use the supported vendors (listed by LiveAgent) and literally create whatever I want in terms of a phone system and be able to manage those messages and calls through the system as well.

Unbelievable deal. If you're on the fence, get this before it's gone.

That's actually correct, LiveAgent is more robust than other deals here and I like to use it as proof why some features might be harder to implement, because it's like that.
