Have it on a site that missed a chat and no email address was collected which is a waste

A: Hello! If a customer connects to the AI bot with an associated account, their email is automatically transferred to the system. However, if the customer connects to the AI bot without an account, after requesting human support, they are prompted to enter their email address through a question. If the customer is offline during the conversation, the response from the agent is communicated to the customer via email.

Hello! The email you received indicates that you have received a human support request. The code mentioned in the email subject is the code for the conversation in which human support is requested.

When interacting with the AI bot, if you use a sentence indicating that you need human support, you can request human support without the need to click the "Talk to human" button. For example, if you send a message saying "need human help" while chatting with the AI bot, you will automatically request human support.
