The user interface is easy and fast. Teaching AI is a mixed experience: - URLs are easy-peasy - Text is a hassle: you need to copy & paste a title and the text one-by-one (why no upload option for many files?) I did not try the rest.
Using the bot: It responds fast, and the answers are okay based on the training data. My only issue is, if there are many possible answers, it selects one and sticks to it. No way to change its mind.
I have purchased Tier 3, which provides me with an impressive limit of 20 million characters and the privilege to send up to 8000 messages. However, the real life experience is that it uses way more than I expected. My website's data took 5.6 million characters. We have plenty of text, so I might accept this.
Nevertheless, each message sent through the chat consumes 250 message credits. It's exactly the same amount as the tokens per message setting. So, just to clarify, I received 8000 AI tokens instead of messages. Just a few messages will use up the whole quota within a few hours. It's ridiculous.
I think it's a quick refund for me, after the first try.

I just installed the Chatbot and it was such a breeze. I will need to moniter the interactions to see what it needs to learn. For teaching I am just letting AI write small blogs for my website of the questions it can't answer properly. So good for teaching the chatbot and good for SEO / traffic.
