I'm pretty happy
I've been using a bot on my live chat for a few days now.
Yes it's a bit glitchy:
- Using the Whatsapp function to speak to a human is currently opening their home page and doesn't take you to the app, one email and a responsive 'we'll get on it'
- Using American English, where it's not a huge problem, seeing apologize with my OCD tendencies upsets me a little, I've tried to train the bot and add in additional terminology but it doesn't really grasp it.
- There doesn't seem to be a lot of consistency, one answer will say it can't provide any details, ask the same question it quotes a whole webpage from my site, I'm sure its a training thing.
- Data capture, it would be nice if you could set what details your customer leaves, an email is great but a first name could make things much more personable. It would also be useful if the prompt didn't say "type your email for updates" this should maybe be editable or relate a little more to chat rather than appearing as if your signing up to a newsletter
All in all, for a novice user of ChatAI I'm pretty happy with the product and can see it working fantastically in my business.
