I am writing regarding my lifetime deal purchase of Lively.li through AppSumo.

Here are my details:
Plan: Lively Tier 4 (AppSumo Lifetime Deal)

As per the original AppSumo deal terms, lifetime customers were assured continued access to future plan updates, and if the product or plan name changes, the deal would be mapped accordingly.

However, after your transition from Lively.li to Vudio.ai, my lifetime deal has not been reflected or mapped to my current account. When I log in to Vudio.ai, it is currently showing a Free Tier account instead of my Tier 4 lifetime access.

I kindly request you to look into this matter at the earliest and provide a resolution or update on the status of my request.
