Q: Lively - Appsumo license expired

For 2 weeks now, I've tried to log in but it was unsuccessful. I've reached your support and received a message saying that they will have a look, then a silence from you. Appsumo has contacted you and you have answered that this license hasn't been activated. Appsumo has confirmed you that this license has been activated. Then silence again from you. I'm still waiting for access at a crucial moment of the year for marketer. I couldn't use the tool for preparing Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Will it be the same for Christmas and the next sales too??
