Q: Hi!
I have a few questions. Hope you can help to clarify:
1. I saw one of the features included is "Broadcast to social media". Can you please confirm the old LTD (from previous AppSumo deals) and new LTD users can live-stream to Facebook, YouTube and even using custom RTMP? Does it mean we don't have to purchase any add-on to do live-streaming to other social media platforms?
2. Can we use LiveWebinar with Restream?
3. Please explain more on this feature "YouTube, Vimeo, and Brightcove player".
4. There's only 1 live session allowed if we buy up to 5 codes. Does it mean we can have 5 pre-recorded sessions playing in Evergreen Events while having the live session?
5. I understand we can purchase more codes for concurrent sessions after stacking 5 codes. Does the concurrent session share the total 500 participants or each concurrent session is allowed up to 500 participants? For example, if I can have 3 concurrent sessions the total participants allowed is 1,500 (each concurrent session can have 500 participants)?
6. If I purchase 6 codes, I can have 3 live sessions and at the same time have pre-recorded videos playing in 5 Evergreen Events, right? Do all these 3 events (3 live + 5 Evergreen) share the number of participants allowed?
7. Can you please give an example of how the maximum number of events can be arranged and the number of participants in concurrent sessions and Evergreen Events all at the same time?
8. I see the terms "session", "event" and "broadcast". Can you please explain each of them further with an example?
Thanks!
Hi there!
Thanks for reaching us out!
1. It is correct, Appsumo deal (even with 1 code) will give you possibility to broadcast the room to the social media platforms. There is no additional charges.
2. Yes, using ReStream with LiveWebinar is possible.
3. Those are the features in the event room that gives you an access to presenting videos from YT, Vimeo and Brightcove.
4. Unfortunately no. If somebody is in the room with pre-recorded content, then this session will be automatically counting as a session. So you will have opportunity to run one event at a time only.
5. This limit will apply for a session. So basically if you will run 3 sessions at a time (with 6 codes at least) then you will be able to have 500 participants per session.
6. Unfortunately no. If somebody will be attending your Evergreen webinar, this session will count as active, so you will be able to conduct only another 2 events (with 6 codes).
7. As a maximum with 10 codes you will have possibility to run 11 events at once with maximum of 500 participants per event. This limit can be increased by purchasing an add-ons in your subscription panel.
8. Session and event in terms of LiveWebinar is pretty the same, this means the place of conducting meeting. Broadcasting gives you possibility to stream a room view into the social media platforms.
I hope that the explanations meets your expectations :)
If you will have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thanks for the prompt reply!
Continue with more questions:
9. If I want to run 5 Evergreen events, I'll have to stack 7 codes will have 5 concurrent sessions so all Evergreen events can run at the same time, right?
10. Can the Evergreen event be set to auto-rotate? If yes, by sequence or random? If no, are we going to have this auto-rotate feature in the near future?
11. Any ticketing app or system can be integrated with LiveWebinar?
12. Can LiveWebinar be integrated with WooCommerce or use WordPress booking plugin such as Amelia?
13. Can we create paid events? If yes, how to collect the payment? Any commission LiveWebinar will take?
14. How LiveWebinar controls the login token to make sure the user can only access the event with his/her own login link?
15. Regarding sub-account, we can manage 20 sub-accounts after stacking 5 codes but the sub-account have to sign up a regular plan at LiveWebinar? Or how does the sub-account work?
16. Which external storage can we use for recordings?
Thanks!
Hello there,
I'll take over this time :)
9. Yes, this is correct, but only if you're planning to run them all at the same time. Concurrent sessions are serving a different purpose than the limit of scheduled events.
10. I am sorry, I'm not sure I get the phrase "auto-rotate" right. How would it work in Evergreen events?
11. So far we didn't need a ticketing integration. It is possible to share the list of the tokens and sell them one at a time. I believe there's no need for integration here, but we're open to a discussion. :)
12. Not yet.
13. Recently we had implemented paid events function for Livewebinar, but it's not available for Appsumo yet. We're still trying to figure how we should set it up while considering the limitations, but we're getting there. :)
As a temporary solution, we would be suggesting using an external ticketing platform.
14. Each login link contains a unique hash code, which registers the user once they enter. The same link cannot be used twice, since our system will recognize this attempt and prevent that person from going in.
15. Yes, sub-accounts run on their individual plans. Each sub-account is set up with a Free plan by default, which can be further expanded.
16. It can be your private FTP or Amazon S3

Thanks for the prompt reply again. You guys are very responsive over here!
I still have a few more questions:
17. (Continue Q10) By auto-rotate the Evergreen Event, I mean Evergreen Events #1 - #5 can be auto-enabled as an active session so people can sign up when they see the event is active. This option is for below 7 codes since 6 codes or below can have only 1 - 3 concurrent sessions. The idea is to make use all the 5 Evergreen Events for the active session by auto-rotating them.
18. (Continue Q14) So the unique link with token will be auto-generated by LiveWebinar system when a user registers for the event? And the link will be sent via any marketing integration that we integrated?
19. I saw there's HeySummit integration. We can collect payment at HeySummit with this integration, right?
20. Do we have White-label option such as CNAME? Or we can embed the live event on our own website using iFrame?
Thanks.
17. The session becomes active once someone enters the room. Also, all of the Evergreen events are available to enter, unless they're set to be limited by the date and time. I believe this could be possible using our API libraries, although it gets quite technical here. I strongly encourage you to contact our support regarding this question :)
18. Yes, although the link will be given immediately to the user after the registration (using our internal forms). If set up, also a confirmation email will be sent.
19. Sure, Heysummit has an option to process payments.
20. The Whitelabel option is available for our Enterprise customers only. Unfortunately, we do not make it possible for the Appsumo offer. If you wish, we may discuss the details of the possible offer.
