Q: Just a couple of quick questions, I'm considering stacking 6 codes, please respond with this in mind: 1) How ...
many presenters can attend a single webinar session?
2) Are account assistants (moderators) counted towards overall participant limit?
2) Do you have any countdown timers to embed on our sales/registration pages?
3) Can me make Webinars in a series or are they always set up as one time events?
4) If we have a permanent room, will this be counted as a concurrent session even if the room is neither occupied or being used?
5) With the room branding option is it possible to remove & replace your logo & text completely with our logo & text?
6) When the webinar ends is it possible for us to specify a unique exit URL?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Regards,
Mark

May 14, 2024A: Hi TheVikingGeneral!
Thanks a lot for these questions. I will answer them all below:
ad.1. During the webinar you can set presenter role to any participant. The number of presenters is limited by overall number of participants that can join your event.
ad.2. Yes, they're counted to the participants limit.
ad.3. Yes, we have a countdown timer :)
ad.4. We have three types of rooms - instant room, scheduled room and permanent room.
By choosing āInstant Meetingā, you will immediately enter a webinar room. This feature is useful when you want to hold a quick meeting. If you want to invite attendees, all you need to do is to send them the URL of the room itself or invite them via the āInviteā button on the navigation bar at the top of the room.
When planning more formal events, the āSchedule Webinarā button is preferable because it lets you thoroughly plan your webinar.
More information about permanent rooms you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pAic2PlJi0M
ad.4. It will be counted as a concurrent session only when it will be active - I mean somebody will be inside this room.
ad.5. You can change colors and logo.
Here you can find our video tutorial about branding tool: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J0w-VaZswAI
ad.6. Yes, it is possible to set Exit URL.
P.S. Hey, we LOVE tacos so please, let us know how do you like LiveWebinar and give us some Mexican food :) Have a wonderful day!
