Almost perfect, except image quality

Hello, I am a frequent buyer in appsumo and this is the first time I leave a review.

First of all, when I saw the offer, I thought it was fantastic because right now I am about to start doing webinars with my business. Seeing all the features, and still being a more expensive product than normal here at Appsumo, I decided to stack 5 codes immediately.

But when I first used it, the excitement became disappointment, and I explain why:

- Little by little I saw some bugs and things that I did not like, such as the poor adaptation in smartphones, the number of slides underneath (this is terrible for a webinar) and the inability to silence all attendees by default. At that moment I thought ... "Well, surely they will fix it in the future."

But what made me completely horrified was the image quality. It is the worst video quality I've seen for many years. And it is not the fault of internet quality. I have 1GB fiber, and the equipment I was testing was connected directly to the router with a quality ethernet cable. I also use a ring spotlight, so the problem is LiveWebinar. The image is only "half decent" when you stop talking, moving and even blinking.

I did these tests with two other people who also had a very good connection and they told me that the image looked very pixelated and choppy and that for someone who is dedicated to graphic design like me is a dealbreaker.

So, unfortunately, I cannot use LiveWebinar to make zoom-style meetings, or even for its own purpose, which are webinars.

I don't know if the fact that I am in Spain will influence, but unfortunately I cannot keep a product that does not meet the minimum quality for what I need.

I leave some captures that I have made right now with different computers at home, all connected to the cable except the mobile.

I am sorry that it is my first evaluation and also my first refund.

If the team gave me the assurance that the image quality would improve a lot (up to the zoom level), I would definitely stay with LiveWebinar without a doubt, otherwise I will ask for the refund tonight.

Thanks for trying guys.
