I bought LiveWebinar to use with my HeySummit membership, which I'd bought a while ago, and was saving for this year.

Three days ago, I ran my first webinar, free if they could make it live, then into the vault for paid members (this is a significant part of my marketing plan for 2020).

It took me a bit of time to figure out how it all worked, since I've never bothered with running webinars before. Not on Zoom, not on Marker-whatever. None.

AND, I'm a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants sort in many ways, so I created the webinar, promoted it for 5 days, and ran it. I was the host, I had two presenters and a moderator on hand, and we brought in 92 registrations (57 new emails) and 40 people made it to the event.

AND, I have content to add value to my library.

I bought 5 codes, because I had a vision of how I was going to use this, and I KNEW I wanted HD and 500 attendees. I'd love 500 more, honestly, but probably not more than that—because this is a promotional thing for me, not the actual money-maker.

PROS:
Customer service has been helpful every time I've sent a message.
The system is easy to use.
We had no hiccups in tech, once *I* figured it out.
It merged seemlessly with HeySummit.

CONS:
The brand builder is a bit confusing. You kinda gotta play until you get it, and some settings affect things you don't see.
The mobile branding is not yet 100% controllable.

For my needs, these are things I can deal with. I'm very much presenting the "I'm figuring this out as I go and having a good time, aren't you glad I invited you along for the ride" vibe in my marketing.

For more polished corporate needs, I would say you'll have to wait to take full advantage of the branding.

All in all, this has opened up a plethora of possibilities for my own marketing and partnering through Special Intrest Group gatherings and meetings and allowing my connections to also create content for my brand and reach their market. *smiles*
And yet, my first webinar went off without a hitch.
