Just wanted to leave a positive review as I've tested the software and overall working well.
I found the Livewebinar support to be topnotch and responsive. These guys fielded so many questions from all of us really well on a complex offer.

Karolina was great with my 121 questions, which I wanted to share the last two below as they might be useful to our community of sumoling buyers.

Changing how codes stacked:

Their flexibility on being able to change my business use case for how to use the stacked codes (i.e. concurrent sessions, or no of attendees or separate accounts) gave me more confident in stacking more codes for the potential different scenarios we might be using along with Heysummit and permanent rooms links.

Q: Can you also tell me if I buy codes and have to change to a different setup i.e change from having concurrent rooms to separate accounts if I can change that later. Many Appsumo deals are flexible with this.

Permanent Rooms;

Q. It would really help if your concurrent room extra purchased offered their equivalent in permanent room I.e. 10 permanent rooms for each concurrent $99 purchase, but you are telling me that it is 10 permanent rooms per account. It makes sense that a concurrent session would have its own 10 permanent room plan as we can create 10 concurrent instant rooms, it's just much easier to plan links if we have permanent rooms we can provide people.

Livewebinar: We can increase a number of your permanent rooms if you need more however you will be still limited to the number of concurrent sessions that is listed in your account.

That last answer is cool as it means that we can offer permanent room links and just have to make sure that there are the amount of permanent rooms using it equivalent to the no of concurrent sessions.

Congrats and good luck with it all and please please do invest in server capacity so we never have to resort to Zoom again.
