Webinar Tools Good, Needs UI updates
Truthfully this is a good product. They even, like Zoom, have a free version. All things considered, I'm glad I took advantage of this offer. I took 2 codes. So far, here's my impression after testing:
PROS:
> it's really intuitive for the most part. navigating and setting up things is pretty straightforward
> It has all the features you need to run meetings and webinars.
CONS:
> the integrations need some work: I could not get the stream to go to YouTube. It was a little over 500 Kbps and YouTube MINIMUM is 2500 Kbps. I was hoping this would be the alternative I needed to get around the 12fps restriction for recording. I was assured that the stream itself (not the recording) was 24fps.
> the UI is generally good, but some of the integrations (YouTube interface) and the customizer (where you tailor your logo/colors) isn't very intuitive and a little rough.
I'm glad this was held open for as long as it has been. I'm not sure how much longer it will be open. The initial miscommunications with the team and the conflicting answers in the chat/questions was concerning, but that seems to be with every appsumo deal. Eventually the details get ironed out.
