Q: Does Live Webinar take 10% of the profit for every paid webinar?
This information is NOWHERE in the description - and if it is, please bring it to my attention as I read it twice and didn't see where the 10% commission is listed in the Appsumo description.
I only found out after listening to a Tutorial Video on YouTube. If it IS a fee, maybe it should be listed so that people can take that into consideration before the purchase as unfortunately, that's a deal breaker for me.
Prior to refunding, I want to be sure to ask - Is there a tier where the 10% fee doesn't apply?

thanks a lot for your question.
Information on commissions is included both in our platform as we integrate the paid webinar feature with payment gateways, as well as in the Terms of Services and our onboarding materials.
The commission is primarily related to processing fees associated with the cost of integrating the functionality and applies to all plans. In case of a high volume of webinar ticket sales, we allow for the possibility of negotiating this rate on a case-by-case basis.
