Happy to answer your doubts. Evergreen session as well as live session can be sheduled on different time so that they don't overlap one another. You can have for example 5 evergreen webinars scheduled for each day of a week running continuously. As long as they are not running at the same time as other event, you can make a use of all of them.

Hello again .. I am trying to make this work for the team here...

If we move from Tier 5 to Tier 6 .. we get 2 additional sessions..

But no additional presenters, no additional assistants etc. Or are the presenter, assistant numbers per session which I guess would make more sense.

Number of assistants and presenters is per account and not per session.

Account assistant feature provides you with a helping hand when you need it. Assistants are users who have partial access to your account and its resources. They can plan and create events and upload materials to the account’s storage. Each assistant has their own login under your account, so they do not use your login credentials.

The limit of assistants for Appsumo 500 is 3 which we believe is usually enough for one account.

In regards to presenters it's 10 profiles you may create however it can be changed anytime. We do not limit number of presenters per session. Just number of profiles.
