Big aspirations - poor workmanship - many small bugs - poor service.

If you are doing an application that is exposed to a sumo app you must have real application testers. They are simply not here!

The help is average and the answers are laconic and not customer-oriented. If you see an application error and report it to a service technician, he should be glad that he can fix it, and not write that he will direct it to the appropriate department, where the topic will die a natural death without a solution.

The application has a very good chance of being good, but it needs to be refined.

If you change something in the room, strange errors appear in English, which the service does not want to translate. Even in English, this error is unclear. Only after contacting the service do we find out what needs to be done. Such things should not occur!

The UIX of the app is weak. It is not known intuitively where to change what. As if the child was playing with programming. Here I put it, and here it is. Without a thorough analysis of the documentation, you can't move on, and that's not the point. The styling of the room is outrageous. Nothing is known about what is going on, and things are not translated in a given language as the author says it is.

Generally more listening to people, and the application will be simple. If you start to ignore them the way it is now, I don't bode well for the future. I am waiting for changes and depending on this, I will decide whether to withdraw the purchase or not. Application testers with the skills to create a nice UiX are needed!
