The good with Livewebinar is that it has many features and the presenter can control much inside the meeting / webinar room. But there are some minuses and something that needs improvements - see below.

THE GOOD:
1) The presenter have a lot of control of what is happening inside the meeting / webinar room, like:
a) Easily change between meeting and webinar interface
b) Easily change the recording layout, also during the recording
c) Easily change whether the participants are allowed to talk or not - and mute / unmute their microphones and cameras (very handy with non-technical participants)
d) Easily modify what the participants can see and access during the meeting
f) Ealily change between videos, screen share, white board, etc

2) Structured layout (in the webinar interface)
3) Access to both chat for all and private chats, and possible to modify chat.
4) The chat translation seems to work fine, and with many languages (they use google translate integrated) (but not tested with participants)
5) Security: Password protect rooms, waiting rooms, event tokens :-)

THE CONS - be aware of / need improvement:
1) The limitation of the deal - this is not clearly stated on Appsumo page:
a) There are only 5 breakout rooms in this Appsumo deal, no matter how many codes you buy! (between 2 and 10 codes). This can be a deal breaker for many (partly for me). It is possible to buy more breakout rooms as add-ons, but they are rather expensive (15 dollars per 5 more breakout rooms per month).

b) Limitations of the breakout rooms - makes them a bit useless / difficult to use:
The breakout rooms have a standard interface / layout with small video up in the corner and a big screen share as the main window. The participants can not change this themselves, unless the presenter makes them into presenters / moderators inside each breakout room. This is very unconvenient if you want to send the students into breakout rooms for face-to-face exercises and work together. It is not possible to change the interface / layout before any meeting / webinar. The only way to change the interface / layout in the breakout rooms, is to first send all into breakout rooms, then having to go into each room and change it manually. And still - these changes will not be saved. My suggestion is to have a feature that allows the presenter to be able to set the interface of all the breakout rooms simultaniously before the meeting (standard setup).

- Another thing: can not choose how many breakout rooms to be used, when sending them into random breakout rooms - all 5 are being used.
- Not possible to broadcast into all the breakout rooms simultaniously (voice/text)

c) The video and recording quality still not that good. They have improved the recording quality (before was totally unusable), but still not very good. Can not see this is HD...?
d) Only 10 permanent rooms and 30 scheduled events, no matter how many codes.
e) Not possible with paid webinars in the Appsumo deal.
