Horrible quality recording no matter how many codes you buy
I bought the max amount of codes over 2 years ago and regretted it ever since.
The quality of the recordings are at 1080p, but at a measlly 1mbps bitrate, which means that your recording will be a pixelated video. It's so bad that you can't even read text when you're screen sharing.
I've sent messages to support on more than one occasion to see if they'd be open to increasing it, and they've always replied that it's not possible. The most recent conversation the support rep even had the nerve to tell me that bitrate has nothing to do with recording quality.
I DO NOT recommend LiveWebinar at all if you're looking to record your meetings/events and expect that you'll get some decent quality for repurposing at a later date.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with the quality of LiveWebinar recordings is not good.
Of course you are right, it's really important to have a proper recording settings but there are also other aspects the same important to get a good quality recording i.e. professional camera, microphone, lighting, stable internet and even color of the background.
