Seeing that the deal is leaving, we want to leave a review for others.
We bought LiveWebinar in Jan 2020, hardly used it as it looked complicated and forgot it.
Then we came back to it as it reappeared on AppSumo.
Oh! We didn't know we had a hidden Gem!
The video quality is very good, and we are discovering nice functions like the Whiteboard, the wake-up attendees bell, the editing in chat, the auto translation in chat...
We used Skype, Google Meet, Run the World, Hopin before, but now we stick to LiveWebinar.
The quality of the recording is very good and can be downloaded for free space on the account.

What could be improved:
- the onboarding of new customers.
- The icons should have a text explaining the function.
- On the dashboard, make the functions more obvious.
- The marketing: apart from AppSumo, we had never heard of LiveWebinar! (No ads, no affiliate program, no buzz)
- Their YouTube channel is messy with Polish and English videos.
- Even on laptop 15" screen, some functions don't appear if we don't zoom out.
- The support should be instant via chat, not with tickets which are slow and lost in the mailbox. When a problem occurs during a meeting, we want a solution right away!
- It seems that there is a language barrier between Polish and English. A native speaker should be hired in the team.

Conclusion: It is a VERY GREAT TOOL, but they don't know how to tell the world.
