Terrible resolution and slow
Bought this in November 2022, thinking it would be a good replacement for Zoom. Mistake.
Hosted a few webinars and found that during the presentation, the shared screen is very laggy. It is slow by about 2 seconds and its very obvious. But that's not the biggest issue. When I record the webinar, I realise that the screen resolution is ultra poor and the words are not legible if they are smaller than font 12.
Initially thought it might be my PC issue and even bought a new laptop to see if it would better. Nope, didn't help. Reached out to support and all they could say was effectively it is what it is.
Very disappointed.

Please note that when you are seeing your own screen sharing it can be delayed, however your attendees will see it properly with exact actions that you are doing on your screen. It is designed like this to not overload your connection with the platform. You can simply test it by attending the room/event with another device.
If you want to present users some content you can also use materials uploaded to your LiveWebinar storage. This way the quality on recordings will be improved.
