Q: In our main Google Account, We have the profiles in folders...
In our main Google Account we have our profiles in folders, so I think the system isn't able to recognize them. Do you have any ideas on how we can work around this?
A: You're absolutely right ā if the profiles are organized in folders within your main Google account, our system won't be able to detect them automatically. To work around this, youāll need to move the profiles out of the folders temporarily and place them at the main/root level of the account. Once theyāre visible there, our system will be able to recognize and sync them properly.
Q: Why for service areas cant move the pin to do a search in the area need it?
I been trying to used for a service area business but cant figure out how to move the map pin some of my listing pin show 3 hours away from my business location of course service area business thanks.

Q: Does the software create post updates automatically every day base on keywords?
If you guys add the ability for the AI to update the listing and automatically create post updates every day or time choose. according to the keywords that you want to rank for, I will definitely buy the tier 5. I'm currently on tier 2.

Q: Tracking only available when connected and granted access to Google Business Profile?
Will you add tracking for businesses without needing manager rights or connecting Google Business Profiles?
Almost every other grid software has this option because of: ⢠Tracking competitors of a client (which you logically don't have access to) ⢠Tracking before getting acces rights of business
A: At the moment, we donāt have plans to support tracking without connecting or having access rights to the Google Business Profile. However, we do offer one-time business profile scans, which might help you get some of the insights youāre looking for. Feel free to give that a try!
Just wondering. If you already have the option to scan without connecting a Google Business Profile, can't this option be integrated in peoples accounts?

Q: AI Credits and Proximity
1. What do AI credits actually do?
2. When you create a report and look at it does it say the proximity of that scan such as 5x5 or 10x10?
Ive been testing on the tier 1 and really like it, I am thinking of upgrading to the top tier

AI credits are used for generating AI-powered content, like review responses or posts.
Yes, when you generate a report, it includes the scan range (like 5x5 or 10x10), so you can see the proximity of the businesses analyzed.
