Q: Whitelabel Reporting/Monitoring without connecting GMB?

Question about the White label reports in Tier 5:
Is it possible to set up whitelabeled reports of search term ranking and competitor ranking without having to have a business connected via GMB?

I'd love to be able to set up initial reports/dashboards for prospective clients without them having to first connect their GMB profile ahead of time.

A: Unfortunately, it’s not possible to generate white-labeled reports without first connecting a GMB profile. To use our tool, you need to either own the Google Business Profile or have at least manager-level access to it.

That said, within the app you can run a quick visibility check — this allows you to preview how a business appears on selected keywords in a given location, without full connection. But this feature is limited to simple checks and doesn’t offer full dashboards, reports, or competitive tracking.

Q: Keywords and Safeguards

Hi,
I looked on your website resources and couldnt get an answer.
How does keywords work? I see mentioned you cant change a keyword after it's submitted?
If you cant change keywords, you will eventually run out of the lifetime quota, with a shed load of redundant keywords for many reasons (like we are no longer managing customers GMB)?
Can we buy more keywords quota? or is it of to the montlhy plan.
Are keywords linked to a 1 GMB account? Or can you link to multiple if they share an audience and location?
How does safeguard work? Does it literally block other people creating suggestions? QnA? user generated updates? Reviews?

I appreciate your efforts.

Q: Future developments won't be included?!

Hello,

Regarding audit generation, you write "you can create audits for clients directly from the main page. You can perform audits on business listings, even for those to which you don't have direct access" and then contradict yourself in the comment below, explaining that not only is this not yet implemented, but it won't be included in the LTDs! "Once we implement this feature, it will be an additional option not included in the current plans." Are you already planning to add features that won't be included, in order to push us toward a subscription to access them? This won't work - these dishonest attempts to convert from an LTD model to a subscription model have always failed, that's not how it works. Sumolings are committed to staying with LTD, you won't succeed in converting them to subscribers.

Q: Health Check not active?

I've purchased Tier 4 and am reviewing all the options available. So far I'm liking what I'm seeing =) What I can't figure out is the Health Check. It shows 0% for any location I select. I don't see any documentation or information on this option. Is this a coming soon item? If so, would be great to have some kind of notification within that setting to reduce confusion.

A: Yes — you can add a new keyword with a different area, or select a non-standard area if needed.
However, it's not possible to edit an existing keyword/location, because we store a daily history of positions and changing it would disrupt the results and data consistency.

Q: How automated is it?

Do we have to log in and create the post content and schedule it?
Will it do it automatically every X days as we set it?
Does it automatically reply to reviews?
Does it make Offers?
When connecting, will it optimize the listing, services, description, and products as needed?
When will the actual white lable be available? I don't want clients seeing YOUR branding, they need to see mine (A company like Merchynt does this well). From the link they get to give access to MY Google Profile through to the dashboard.
Any plans to sync with other (review) platforms (yelp? FB?) and be able to handle reviews there?

I have a system in place that already does this...but I'd be OPEN to testing your system, but I'm not convinced anything less than the biggest plan would meet my needs, and that's a big gamble, given the reviews on here...

Q: Whitelabel Reporting - Access

It seems that Local Rank Tracker would not be a good fit as a "free report" lead generation tool for an agency, as the only way to generate a Whitelabeled report is to have Manager Level access to the Google My Business location on the connected Google Account. If you're not a Manager, then you cannot generate a report. Do I have that correct?

A: You're absolutely right — to generate detailed reports or use the white-label features, you do need at least Manager-level access to the Google Business Profile. This ensures full data access and proper tracking.

The free scan/report option is more of a prospecting tool, meant to give a surface-level overview when you're not yet managing the listing. It's helpful for initial outreach, but not designed for full client reporting without access rights.
