This gem has been a pearl in the crown of my one man agency. So glad I invested when I did. Sure, there were a couple of kinks at the time I invested, but none of them show stoppers IMO, and almost all have been ironed out over the past year. Also the customer support team is so prompt, responsive and kind. Shouts out to Oliwia. I seriously don't understand how this isn't a 4.9 star - and I suspect if they launched here today, they'd surely be there.
To be completely clear - the MCP for me - is by far the biggest value driver. It's been an invaluable investment for me, to automate GBP review management, alert scheduling, as well as local rank performance tracking.
I dont believe in automated AI replies for GBP reviews. LRT's MCP allows me to set up a daily workflow, where I manually review, and update all new GBP replies for all my client's GBP profiles via a Google sheet. I can tinker with the reply wording, approve, and Claude just pushes out all of the replies in one fell swoop. No more clicking into 20 different client GBP profiles.
On the GBP posting side - if you hypothetically generated 12 months worth of weekly posts for a client, you can schedule them all in one click. Uploading and scheduling that many alerts ALONE would take maybe a whole day to do manually inside of a GBP.
On the reporting side - once you've set up a client's project, you can configure a bunch of local search keywords to track on an ongoing basis. From there, you can basically consolidate local performance data alongside other web analytics in an automated monthly report. Or like, integrate it all into client dashboards. Choose your destiny.
I.e. For me, on the 15th of each month, all of my client website performance reports are automatically generated. Local search data from LRT gets pulled, analysed, and consolidated inside a report [alongside MCP gathered website analytics (Rybbit, GA4) and general SEO (from Ubersuggest's MCP)] - FOR ALL MY CLIENTS.
If you're a one person agency like me doing local SEO work, this is seriously a no brainer.

Rating Captain es una herramienta muy útil para gestionar y optimizar perfiles de Google Business Profile. Lo que más me gusta es su Local Rank Tracker, porque permite comprobar fácilmente cómo evoluciona el posicionamiento local en distintas zonas.
